By accepting these Terms, you agree to the conditions governing your relationship with us, including any services provided through the Site. In cases where these Terms conflict with any other policy, document, or content on the Site, these Terms will take precedence for Site use. A waiver or delay in exercising any rights under these Terms does not constitute a continuing waiver or imply future leniency. If you do not agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, please discontinue your use of the Site immediately.
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid under applicable laws, regulations, or through a legal decision, the affected provision will be replaced with one that fulfills the intended purpose. All remaining provisions will continue to be enforceable and effective.

In the case of any disputes between users, you agree to release LrnQik (including its parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, joint ventures, consultants, successors, and assigns) from any claims, demands, or damages of any kind. This includes both known and unknown, disclosed and undisclosed, or suspected and unforeseen issues arising from or connected to such disputes. Tutors, Students, and representatives of institutes act as independent contractors, maintaining full control over the methods, materials, and all aspects of lessons.
We respect and support the choices and decisions made by Tutors and Institutes. These decisions are entirely yours, and LrnQik does not act on your behalf. Our role is to help you find and connect with the most suitable Tutors or Institutes based on your preferences. The platform allows students to ask questions and receive educational responses from Tutors. It is the responsibility of the Student to choose the most appropriate Tutor or Institute for their needs. We recommend reviewing and evaluating a Tutor’s credentials, experience, and feedback from other Students before making any hiring decisions. All tutoring sessions must be supervised by a responsible adult.
The information about Tutors, institutes, coaching centers, and courses provided on LrnQik has been compiled from publicly available educational resources. While the details are intended for general informational purposes, we strive to keep the data up-to-date and accurate. For additional details or specific information, we advise contacting the respective institutes directly.
LrnQik operates from multiple locations and does not guarantee that the platform is accessible or appropriate in all regions. The availability of our services may vary depending on your location. Additionally, while LrnQik endeavors to deliver all messages sent via its messaging system, the delivery of every message cannot be guaranteed.
LrnQik reserves the right to modify or withdraw parts of its service or the entire platform due to legal or commercial reasons. Arbitration

A single arbitrator, chosen by LrnQik, will preside over the arbitration, which will take place in Kolkata, West Bengal. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not combined with the claims of others.
The judgment rendered by the arbitrator may be enforced in any court with jurisdiction. LrnQik reserves the right to seek interim relief from courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, to protect its interests pending arbitration. Each party will bear its own costs related to arbitration.
Injunction
You acknowledge that any significant violation of these Terms could cause irreparable harm to LrnQik. In such instances, LrnQik is entitled to seek equitable remedies, including temporary or permanent injunctions, without the requirement of posting a bond or security.
Notices, Modification of Services, and Amendments
LrnQik may communicate with users via email, postal mail, or through notifications on the Site. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service or access to the Site at any time, with or without notice. It may also delete user information or block access to certain files. LrnQik assumes no liability for service modifications, terminations, or data loss.

- Eligibility and Qualifications

Tutors acknowledge they are independent contractors, not employees of LrnQik. They are solely responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes on earnings derived through tuition contracts facilitated by the platform. LrnQik does not issue work experience certificates to its users. - Public Profile Information
Tutors accept that their profile details will be publicly accessible and may appear in search engine results. - Content Responsibility
Tutors are accountable for all information they publish on the platform and agree to indemnify LrnQik against any liabilities arising from such content. - Accurate Registration Details
Tutors must provide accurate and up-to-date details during registration, including name, address, contact information, qualifications, and tutoring experience. - Prohibition of Contact Information Sharing
Tutors must not include personal contact details (e.g., email, phone numbers) in fields like tutoring approach or experience. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of their account. - Verification Obligations
Tutors agree to present their qualifications to the student or parent for verification, both before and during the tutoring engagement, if requested. - No Guarantees or Refunds
LrnQik does not guarantee the number of tuition inquiries, successful conversions, or fees. Refunds will not be issued for missed opportunities or non-responsive students. - Conduct Expectations
Tutors must maintain professionalism and adhere to behavior standards typical in teacher-student relationships. - Indemnity
Tutors indemnify LrnQik from any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform.
Students

Institutes
- Accountability for Published Content
Institutes are responsible for all content they post on the platform and indemnify LrnQik from any resulting liabilities. - Course Creation
Institutes may create and publish relevant courses and classes on the platform. - Prohibition of Contact Information Sharing
Institutes must not include personal contact details in non-designated fields. Repeated violations may result in account suspension. - Country-Specific Usage Policy
Institutes are required to use the platform primarily from their base country. Persistent usage from other locations may lead to deactivation without refunds.
