  • No Guarantee of Results: LrnQik does not guarantee the number of tuition inquiries, successful conversions, or fees earned by tutors.
  • Missed Opportunities: Refunds will not be issued for missed opportunities, non-responsive parents, or unverified student inquiries.

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be processed under specific circumstances at the sole discretion of LrnQik. Situations eligible for consideration include, but are not limited to:

  • Technical issues on our platform that prevent access to paid features.
  • Incorrect billing or payment errors caused by LrnQik.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 7 days of the issue occurring. Please include your account details, payment receipt, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

3. Cancellations

  • Contact View Purchases: Once contact details of a parent or tutor have been accessed, cancellations or refunds for that transaction will not be entertained.

4. Package Prices

LrnQik reserves the right to modify or update package Prices without prior notice. These changes will immediately effect upon implementation and will not be subject to refunds for previously purchased services.

5. Discretionary Refunds

All refunds are subject to the sole discretion of LrnQik. Decisions regarding refunds are final and binding.
